That’s why, for the second year in a row, the Art of the Cuff exhibition will be showcasing the work of talented Melbourne jewellers, designers and artists who have rolled up their sleeves to customise their own cuffs.   Now to clarify; the cuff is not just a hemmed sleeve-stop.
