These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. These Terms & Conditions are current as of July 2021.
All jewellery is made to order.
As all products are made to order by individual Australian based jewellers and designers, please expect up to 3 weeks delay before they are posted out. We will provide tracking details as soon as the goods are posted.
Colours & finishes
Colours and finishes are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to individual screen settings and monitor calibration colours cannot be guaranteed.
All products, designs and images on this website are protected by copyright and owned by the individual jeweller or Lord Coconut.
Our jewellers can work with individual clients on custom orders. Ideally this will be arranged face to face (for Melbourne-based customers), but can also be discussed over the phone or Zoom. A quote will be provided with cost. These custom orders can take 3-5 weeks depending upon complexity. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once order is placed as each piece is handmade specifically to your specifications. Finished products cannot be returned or exchanged.
All pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST unless you change the currency on the website.
As your fingers can change size depending upon the weather conditions (bigger in the heat, smaller in the cold), the customer must approve the ring size at the time of placing a ring order/purchase. Lord Coconut cannot take responsibility for incorrect choice of size and any resizing or remake will be at the cost of the customer. Please note that titanium, Damascus steel and zirconium rings CANNOT be resized so make sure you order the right size. All gold/silver ring orders when purchased as part of any sale can be resized at resizing cost price.
Titanium, Damascus Steel & Zirconium Rings
Please choose your ring size carefully as any Titanium, Damascus Steel or Zirconium rings cannot be resized. We will provide your ring at the size ordered and no refund or exchange is possible unless under Australian consumer law.

– Overseas postage & handling – $20* (international customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes) *
– All orders will be shipped as soon as humanly possible. Australian deliveries usually take between 1-4 business days whilst international delivery usually takes between 6-21 business days depending upon local custom arrangements. Please note this timeline excludes the time for each jeweller to make up your handcrafted jewellery piece.
* Certain non-jewellery items may incur a handling fee due to their size.
Under no circumstances will we disclose your personal information unless we are legally obliged to.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for a change of mind may be possible on a case by case basis (we will try our best) but it is usually difficult as no stock is held and all orders are now made to order.
Refunds are not possible unless the item is severely damaged or deemed faulty as part of the manufacturing process as per Australian consumer law. If there is a minor manufacturing fault/damage the item will be repaired without cost to the customer as per Australian consumer law.
