Postage

Most Lord Coconut jewellery is handmade to order by individual Australian-based jewellers and designers.

Please allow approximately 3 weeks for your order to be made, checked and posted, unless a different timeframe is stated on the individual product page. Tracking details will be provided once the order has been posted.

Australian shipping

Australian shipping is free via Australia Post Express Post.

Once an order has been posted, Australian delivery usually takes between 1 and 4 business days.

International shipping

International shipping is a flat rate of $20 AUD.

Once an order has been posted, international delivery usually takes between 6 and 21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs arrangements.

International customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, customs charges or import fees.

Additional charges

Certain non-jewellery items may incur an additional handling fee because of their size or weight. Any applicable charge will be shown at checkout.
